PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for a large-capacity converter part by providing a current reversible chopper circuit for mutually exchanging power by a step- down chopper or a step-up chopper by electrically connecting both power-feeding parts between first and second DC power-feeding parts. CONSTITUTION: A current reversible chopper circuit 14 commonly connects each both terminals and each middle connection points by connecting a first chopper part Pa and a second chopper part Pb consisting of such switching element as GTO and a first reflux diode Da and a second reflex diode Db in series. Also, one terminal part of a smoothing reactor part L is connected to the middle connection part. Then, capacitors Cb and Cf are connected between both terminals of the series connection of the first and second chopper parts Pa and Pb and between the one terminal and a smoothing reactor part L and the capacitor parts Cb and Cf are electromechanically connected so that power can be exchanged each other. |
