<p>PURPOSE: To prevent solid components from badly affecting succeeding apparatuses for stable operation by dividing an organic matter gasifying apparatus into a first stage gasifying furnace and a second stage gasifying furnace, disposing a cyclone between the first stage gasifying furnace and the second stage gasifying furnace and supplying combustion support gas and water vapor to the second stage gasifying furnace. CONSTITUTION: A second stage gasifying furnace 2 is disposed on the downstream side of a first stage gasifying furnace 1 through a cyclone. A water vapor/oxygen supply line 4 is provided on the entrance side of the second stage gasifying furnace 2. A dust discharge line 5 is provided on the lower part of the cyclone 3. The first stage gasifying furnace 1 is provided with a preheating apparatus 52, a water vapor/oxygen supply line 53, a stock material supply apparatus 54, and an injecting as supply line 55 sealed with a water seal tank 56. The downstream side of the second stage gasifying furnace 2 is provided with a heat recovery apparatus 57, a gas purifying apparatus 58, a CO shift apparatus 59, a CO2 removal apparatus 60, and a methanol synthesis apparatus 61.</p> |
