<p>PURPOSE: To finely execute the temp. control, in a method for controlling the temp. of gas produced at the furnace top of a blast furnace by spraying water. CONSTITUTION: In a controller 20, the theoretical water spraying quantity onto the furnace top part 2, is obtd. according to a physical model based on the balance (the heat balance) of the quantity of heat in the furnace top gas and the quantity of heat in the spraying water and the opening degree of a water spraying control value 8 corresponding to this obtd. spraying water quantity is decided. The opening degree decided according to this physical model is corrected with an operation progressing constructed according to a fuzzy theory so as to compensate the difference between the physical model and the actual result, and the control deciding the final opening degree of the water spraying control valve 8 is executed.</p> |
