PURPOSE: To supply a blood drawing apparatus, which does not coagulate the blood drawn, e.g. for the inspection by homogeneously mixing a coagulation inhibitor with the blood in a blood bag during the blood drawing. CONSTITUTION: A blood drawing apparatus, which agitates the blood drawn when blood is being drawn into a blood bag 1, is composed of a tray 3, which sets the blood bag 1 in a state forming the specified inclination angle ofαminutes against the horizontal plane, and moreover, in an immovable state, both supporting devices 24 and 25, which support the tray 3 in the above state forming the specified inclination angle, and moreover, movably along on an approximately horizontal plane, and six driving devices 6, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 18, which are used for agitating the blood bag by rotating/driving the tray along a circular arc made eccentric to the specified quantity E.
