PURPOSE: To obtain a low-cost thermosetting resin decorative panel in which the light reduction and the regulation of its specific gravity are easy, there is almost no warpage or deformation due to the difference of the size change of the front and rear surfaces caused by the disposing position of a core material or the elongation due to moisture absorption and which has high stiffness, excellent impact resistance and external appearance. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin decorative panel 3 is obtained by forming the rear surface of the panel of the one surface of a core material 1 made of synthetic resin foam in a cast mold 4, so disposing that there is a mold space 45 between the other plate surface and the mold surface, casting to fill thermosetting resin composition in the mold, curing it, and covering the material 1 made of the foam with the cured material 21 of the composition. |
