This invention relates to the method of reclaiming the waste solution containing various metal ions after etching wherein the method includes the steps of: supplying the waste liquid containing metal ions into a cathode chamber of electrolysis bath; supplying iron chloride solution into a anode chamber; and flowing currency into both electrodes so as to incur oxidation reaction in the cathode chamber and separating metal ions in the anode chamber.
