FIELD: production of paper bags as containers for various materials. SUBSTANCE: machine produces bags from multilayer paper sheets with equidistantly located lateral perforations and these paper sections are form off before making bags. For this purpose, machine is provided with at least one perforating knife fixed on rotating shaft mounted on frame of machine. Radial distance of knife from shaft can be varied to preset length of bags. Mounted on machine frame are lateral glueing cylinders which are provided with lateral glueing strips for cooperation with glue applying devices. There is also longitudinal glueing roller which applies glue to edges of paper sheets brought together by means of guide rollers at certain displacement relative to each other before making a paper tube. For simple ad quick readjustment of machine for producing bags of different lengths, machine is provided with four holders mounted on shaft at different angular intervals to selectively fix perforating knives in them. Knives are provided with devices for changing their radial distance from each shaft. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
