FIELD: fuel combustion. SUBSTANCE: burner has gas supply nozzles 34,36,38 used to introduce air portion for combustion, and blade swirler 20 designed to rotate and mix gases in primary combustion region. Swirler 20 can be adjusted in axial direction to change distance between swirler 20 and first combustion region while blades of swirler 20 are adjustable in setting angle to optimize rotation and mixing of gases. Combustion air is supplied to air channel 16 to form various combustion regions so as to ensure complete combustion. Rate of air flow for combustion is controlled by means of flap 14 according to combustion characteristics. Additional reduction of toxic gas emissions is attained by recirculating furnace gases and mixing them with fuel for combustion prior to introduction in combustion chamber through reductor nozzles 34,36,38. Further reduction is attained by adding secondary compound, such as water or chemical agent, to circulating furnace gases so as to optimize combustion level thereby reducing emissions. EFFECT: reduced emission of nitrogen oxides that can be adjusted to obtain optimal combustion rates, temperatures, and oxygen content. 1 dwg |
