FIELD: textile industry; applicable in production of filter elements of respirators, respirator units, and devices for air cleaning from toxic gases of the basic and acid nature and solid particles. SUBSTANCE: method of production of nonwoven material includes reinforcing of textile frame with bundles of fibers of fibrous layer with simultaneous formation of fleecy loops. Textile frame is formed by forming fibrous lap which contains a layer of blend of anion exchange and cation exchange modified polyamide fibers and a layer of thermoplastic fiber. In this case, the content of cation exchange fiber in the blend amounts up to 20-80 mas.%, and the content of thermoplastic layer in fibrous lap amounts, to 15-20 mas.%. Fibrous layer is used in form of hydrophilic modified polyamide fiber. Mass ratio of fiber lap and fiber layer is 1:(0.2-0.76), and after reinforcing of textile frame with fibrous layer the obtained materials subjected to heat treatment at temperature of 70-90 C. EFFECT: higher protective properties and performance of material produced by the offered method. |
