METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF PULP WITH CHEMICAL REAGENT AND PLANT FOR ITS EMBODIMENT

FIELD: methods and devices for treatment of pulp with chemical reagents; applicable in wood-pulp and paper industry in bleaching of cellulose by chemical agents. SUBSTANCE: pulp is mixed with gaseous transporting agent in mixing chamber and fed to flow tubular reactor made in form of spiral wound on chamber accumulating pulp with ratio of reactor tube diameter-to-diameter of its turn of 1:18 to 1:80. Chemical agent is supplied directly to reactor through special nozzles located over the length of reactor. Treatment in reactor is carried out in turbulent mode of motion of reaction mixture at a speed of 1-50 m/s. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of pulp, reduced consumption of chemical reagent, higher quality of treated material.
