FIELD: medicine, particular, surgery; applicable in elimination of ptosis of mammary glands of l-lll grades with preservation of drainage function of ducts of mamillary-areolar zone. SUBSTANCE: skin from the level above mamillary-areol complex and downward to submmamory fold of mammary gland is deepithelized, area is cutout and fixed to musculus pectoralis malor, tissue of mammary gland from fascia of musculus pectoralis major and deepithelized edge of mammary gland is turned under and fixed to fascia of musculus pectoralis major. Mammilary areolar complex of deepithelized area is moved to the new position. Method makes it possible to preserve the drainage function of ducts of mamillary-areolar zone that is necessary for possible feeding, use of the entire mass of mammary gland. Operation does not exclude the lactation function of mammary glands. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
