FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has absorber coat applying device, drying device positioned behind coat applying device, coat cooling device joined with casing heating device, device for removing coat upon termination of thermal treatment process, with all devices mentioned being arranged in open circle. Drive for stepped rotation of lever-manipulator is positioned in central zone of above circle and is provided with grips. Apparatus further has base with column coupled to pins through bracket. Rotation drive is mounted on pins for displacement by power cylinder fixed on bracket. Absorber coat supplying nozzle is positioned on free end of drive shaft. Apparatus is formed as arced box-shaped chamber into which hot air is supplied from fan through heating member and branch pipes. Fan has air supplying branch pipe for cooling casing and air supplying branch pipe for blowing the casing. Base carries column and pins adapted to support rotation drive which is movable by electric engine and screw transmission. Collet chuck is mounted on drive output shaft to clamp cylinder casing. Column positioned at one side of collet chuck is adapted to carry power cylinder provided with grip releasing member which has pivotal levers drawn together by spring and adapted to carry prisms. Column with beam is positioned at other side of collet chuck. Laser radiation source incorporated within beam is adapted to emit laser beam reflected by mirrors onto casing surface. Rotation drive moved by power cylinder has brushes fixed on its free end. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 6 dwg
