SUBSTANCE: product: benz[b]azepines of the formula (I) and (II) where R, R, Rand Rmean independently hydrogen and alkyl; Rand Rmean independently hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl and CHY where Y is taken from (CHOH)CHOH и (CH)Rwhere m = 0-5; n = 1-5; Ris taken from hydroxy, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, carboxy, cycloalkyl and NRRwhere Rand Rmean independently hydrogen and alkyl; or Rand Rtogether with nitrogen atom to which they were bound form 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclic ring that possibly contains one additional heteroatom taken from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur; or Rand Rtogether with nitrogen atom to which they were bound form 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclic ring that is bound with mentioned above compound via nitrogen atom and heterocyclic ring contains possibly one additional heteroatom taken from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur; Ris taken from hydrogen, halide, alkyl that is possibly can carry substituent taken from amino, acylamino, carboxy and carboxamido, arylalkyl and heteroarylalkyl; and where each aryl component can be substituted; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts; also, new compounds and methods of their synthesis were presented, and also the use of compounds of the formula (I) and (II) and medicinal agents containing thereof for neurological disorder treatment.
