FIELD: in-flight check of automatic-control system sensors, such as speed sensor, incidence sensor, angular-rate sensor, g-load sensors along axes of body-axis system. SUBSTANCE: device has four adders, functional converter, and square-root extraction unit which are used to aid in comparing vector difference in comparator measured and computed according to g-load sensors with g-load value acting on aircraft being known in advance. It this difference is other than known value, comparator operates to indicate failure of automatic-control system sensors. EFFECT: improved validity of failure detection without using too many pieces of equipment on board the aircraft. |
