FIELD: mechanical engineering; aircraft and automotive industries. SUBSTANCE: engine has ring chamber made in form of torus. Four plungers are installed in ring chamber in pairs and are coupled by means of disks. Seals are fitted on plungers. travel of plunger pair relative to other plunger pair is limited by stop. Plungers are installed for rotation in one direction by means of locks. Ring chamber is formed by outer ring and surfaces of disks. Concavity of outer ring is mated with concavities of disks to form circumference. Plungers are made in form of torus sector.
