FIELD: experimental surgery; elaboration of methods for replacement of defects of skull vault. SUBSTANCE: through incision of soft tissues, splitting off of bone by size of defect beyond the defect zone is effected. With use of Ilizarov apparatus, split-off bone is moved and regenerate is formed. Transplant is cut out from regenerate, and defect is closed with transplant. EFFECT: provision of covering of skull vault defect with regenerate formed beyond the zone of defect. 2 cl |
