METHOD OF BRUCELLA IDENTIFICATION

FIELD: veterinary microbiology. SUBSTANCE: examined culture is grown on cellophane disk placed on the solid nutrient medium surface. Grown culture is washed off, centrifuged, liquid phase is separated and extracellular proteins were fractionated by disk-electrophoresis method. Extracellular proteins were isolated from supernatant by precipitation with cold ethanol and proteins solubilized in denaturating mixture were fractionated. Brucellas were identified if fractions with R= 40-43, 59-66, 75-85, 91-96 were present on electrophoregram. EFFECT: improved method of identification.
