FIELD: medicine, therapeutic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves mechanical and antiseptic treatment of carious cavity and tooth channels followed by filling with paste containing: silimin 0.001 mg; eugenol 0.2 ml, and zinc oxide 0.2 mg. Complete recovery of osseous tissue at periapical region has been occurred after 6-12 months in all patients. EFFECT: accelerated method of pathological site recovery.
