FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: molten metal spout has housing whose one end is connected with furnace. Housing spout is provided with channel for molten metal escape from metallurgical furnace to spout. Housing of spout has tail board for setting the level of molten metal in furnace above which molten metal flows metal flows to housing of spout. Housing of spout includes closing part for reception of closing material for closing the channel of spout housing. Closing part is located after tail board in way of flow and its bottom is below the tail board. Furnace is provided with pair of spouts which are so located that space is formed for delivery or discharge of packing material. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
