摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: rotary-piston engine has housing with cylindrical working space, solid cylindrical rotor with pistons installed in working space, out-of-alignment with space, intake and exhaust valves with guides made on housing, and two valves of liquid cooling and rotor and piston lubrication system. Housing has intake and exhaust ports and through hole opening into combustion chamber for nozzle or spark plug. pistons are made in form of outlet ends of two rectangular plates installed for travel in through diametral slot of rotor. Longitudinal axes of intake and exhaust ports and axis of rotor are located in one chord plane of working space. Pistons, end faces of rotor and plates adjoin inner surfaces of working space with minimum clearances. Channels for cooling and lubricating liquid are made inside rotor, shafts and bearings. These channels form through channel to inlet of which outlet of one valve of cooling and lubrication system is connected, and to outlet, inlet of other valve of this system. Intake and exhaust valves are installed opposite to corresponding ports. EFFECT: provision of two working strokes per two revolutions of engine crankshaft, more than two-fold reduction of weight per engine power unit, simplified design of cooling and lubrication system of rotor and pistons.
