FIELD: medicine, methods of determination of antiradiant protection. SUBSTANCE: alive microbic suspension with concentration of 10-10grams of cell material in 1 cu.cm of suspension is applied uniformly on disk of sterile filter paper. Disk is installed near alive tissues with its some part placed closer to tissues than the other. Tissues are lighted with intermittent light flux, then, disk is exposed to radiant energy. Impression is made of disk on solid nutrient medium and incubated in thermostat. Antiradiant effect is registered by the difference in quantity of colonies of microorganisms which have been at minimum and maximum distances from tissues exposed to the effect of intermittent light. EFFECT: reduced injury and higher sensitivity of the method of determination of antiradiant effect arising in treatment of tissues with intermittent light in vivo. |
