FIELD: medicine, veterinary medicine, particular, experimental surgery and traumatology, experimental pharmacology, general surgery, legal medicine and veterinary medicine, and pathological anatomy. SUBSTANCE: intradermic pressure is measured in intact surface (symmetric, nondamaged skin areas by thermic factor) and in similar number of points of different zones of burn surface. Ratio of tissue pressure (intradermic pressure) in affected areas of skin to tissue pressure in intact skin from the third to the end of the seventh days occurrence of burn. When ratio exceeds 1.1, medium and heavy grades of thermal affection of skin is diagnosed, which are accompanied by necrotic changes of skin structure. Introduced coefficient ensures improvement of accuracy of investigations, confidence of obtained results, reduces the volume of subsequent diagnostic and treatment manipulations, decreases labor input and time and allows determination of not only the volume but the limits of necrological changes of skin in thermal burn. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnosis and confidence of investigation results. |
