the underpressure generator has an ejector unit with compressed air, vacuum and waste air connections as well as ejector nozzles and filter. A further valve-operated compressed air supply line into the underpressure chamber (12) of the ejector unit is provided to clean the filter (11). Particles of dirt etc. are discharged from the filter by the air into the chamber which serves to hold the waste material. Water can be used instead of compressed air. The unit can be designed as a single block for fitting directly onto the chamber which is to be evacuated. The cleaning process can be initiated manually or through electronic control.
