摘要	The operating control has a given operating function initiated via a switch (14) , with an optical display (15) associated with the switch for visually indicating this operating function. A number of signals relating to further operating functions are combined with the switch signal by a control device (13), which brings the optical display into a first condition when the operating function is not selected by the switch, a second condition when the operating function is selected by the switch and a third condition when the operating function is selected by the switch but the signals relating to other operating functions prevent its initiation.
