The invention relates to novel derivatives of acetylsalicylic acid with an NO3 structure. They are therapeutically effective either as intact active agent molecule or after dissociation (NO release). The invention also relates to processes for their production and their use as medicaments, especially for pain relief, thrombocyte aggregation prevention, reducing temperature and the prevention of cardiovascular and tumour conditions.
