Window profile consisting of an outer shell (4a 5a) made from rigid plastic and a core (4b 5b) made from insulating foam. Both shells are forms of polyurethane. Metal support fittings (10 12) are insertable into the plastic profile. The outer shell surfaces are covered by a removable film (13).
