<p>A modular building framework comprising structural sub-frames and interconnecting plates. The sub-frames have an open construction and are made in standard size to reduce the number of components required to construct a building. The interconnecting plates are of three designs: an eaves plate (22); a ridge plate (33), and a wall plate (21). The modular building framework can be easily extended to two or more storeys. The same framework can form walls, floors, ceilings and roof.</p> |
