<p>Antisense peptides are provided which are useful in antagonising the biological effects of target molecules. In particular, the target molecule is a cytokine, e.g. IL-1α or IL-1β, TNFα or IL-8 and the antisense peptides thus find use in treating or preventing conditions mediated by these cytokines, for instance inflammatory conditions or cancer.</p> |
