<p>The reciprocating piston engine solves the problem of providing a four or two-stroke engine which can be run without the conventional valve control and without the expensive crankshaft and demonstrates a crank drive which combines the linear movement of the piston with its rotation. The essence of the invention lies in the special bearing (16) of the connecting rods (12, 13) in a flywheel (7) and support (9a, 9b) thereof in the crankcase.</p> |
