<p>The invention presents a system for introducing nucleotides into cells in intact tissue in vitro or in vivo. The invention operates by subjecting the cells to high pressure so that the cells take up the nucleotides from the extracellular space, whereupon the nnucleotides are localized in the cells' nuclei. A transfection rate of greated than 90 % can be achieved using the invention.</p> |
