Method for changing paper cutting knives

The method for changing paper cutting knives is applied to a knife holder (1) which has slots (6) in it which match threaded holes (7) in the knife (3) for securing the knife to the holder. The knife holder has an adjustment mechanism (8) operated by two levers (9). To change the knife an empty container is positioned under the knife holder and the knife is lowered into the container and then removed from the holder. The holder is then lowered and the new knife attached. The holder is raised and the container removed. If required the knife can be loosened or fixed before lowering into the container.
