When a belt (1) is wound around the human waist and a pin (2a) of a buckle (2) is inserted into any of punch holes (3), the pin (2a) is brought into contact with a conductive plate (4), whereby both terminals (5a and 5b) of a conductive wire (5) are connected to respective output terminals (13a and 13b) of an oscillation unit (10). As a result, the output voltage of the unit (10) is impressed to the wire (5), thus allowing an electric current which causes amplitude fluctuation on either a positive or a negative side to flow through the wire (5). This pulsating current gives rise to fluctuating magnetism from the wire (5), which acts on the human waist.
|
