Hardboard panel accepting clips for underfloor heating pipes

The hardboard panel (1) supports the clips (6) holding floor heating pipes (7). It has a water impermeable surface, provided by a paint layer (10), or the application of a thin sheet, as moisture protection. Pref. the panel has an array of holes (5) to accept the fastening clips. Edges of the holes and of the panel are similarly protected. Pref. the coating is a UV hardened acrylic paint; alternatively it is a polyethylene sheet attached by adhesive, or equivalent.
