A thermoplastic resin composition having an Izod impact strength (at 23 DEG C) of 10 kg.cm/cm or above and comprising 5-55 wt.% of a copolymer (A) having a glass transition temperature of 0 DEG C or blow ad 95-45 wt.% of a high- alpha -methylstyrene ABS resin (B) having a thermal deformation temperature (under the load of 18.6 kg/cm<2>) of 100 DEG C or above and or a maleimide-modified ABS resin (C). The composition provides molded articles which are reduced in high-temperature deformation ad impact stress to such an extent that they can absorb much impact energy, thus being suited to automotive trim parts.
