Filter paper for aromatic drinks

摘要

Filter paper for the prepn. of aromatic drinks contains an edible wetting agent. Filtration of aromatic drinks such as coffee and tea. Gives an acceptably low filtration time without loss of aromatics. When phosphate wetting agents are used, the drink has a better flavour as a result of the softening action of the phosphate on the water.
