PURPOSE: To provide connection structure for a microwave unit for which a transmission impedance is improved and a transmission loss is reduced in the case of connecting microwave units on the metal base of a microwave module. CONSTITUTION: Plural microwave units 5 constituted by adhering and mounting a dielectric substrate 7 provided with a microwave circuit onto a metal carrier 6 are arranged on a metal base 3, and strip lines 10 on the dielectric substrate 7 are connected with a conductor member 30. This construction is provided with a planar dielectric element 30 having a metal film 31 on a rear face to be inserted with the dielectric substrate 7, a conductor member 35, whose width is almost equal with the width of the strip line 10, adhered on the surface of the dielectric element 30 and adhesively joined on the surface of the strip line 10 corresponding to respective before and behind terminal parts, and reversed U-shaped leaf spring 80 which is inserted between confronted metal carriers 6 and pressurized with the side wall of the metal carrier 6 to which the side faces of leg parts are confronted, and the upper face of its ceiling part is pressurized with the metal film 31 of the dielectric element 30. |
