PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the crossing or entanglement of an individual element by conforming a diameter in its non-expanded state approximately to the diameter of the individual element in a guide element and forming the diameter in the expanded state greater than the diameter of the individual element. SOLUTION: When the expansion section 8 of an inserter 1 is penetrated into the hole of an upper fixing section and a screw sleeve 18 is rotated in one direction, the connecting members 16, 17 of an adjusting element 9 are separated gradually in the axial direction mutually. The connecting member 16 is slid, sliding force is transmitted to the expansion section 8 as axial force, and arms 8a, 8b are expanded. A wire belt 35 is connected at the front end 3 of the inserter 1, the expansion section 8 is closed by the adjusting element 9, and the arms 8a, 8b are abutted against a guide bar 2. The inserter 1 is pulled and passed through the hole of the upper fixing section, and the wire belt 35 is pulled in and fixed onto the upper fixing section. All wire belts 35 are pulled in and fixed similarly by the inserter 1, and covered with a pipe. |
