PURPOSE: To provide an electronic direct mail system where information contents are electronically worked or edited at a transmission side. CONSTITUTION: When information to be provided to the user of reception side communication equipments 3001 -300n exists in a transmission side center device 100, a call is executed from a call originating control part 102 to the respective reception side communication equipments 3001 -300n . When an incoming call from the transmission side center device 100 exists in the reception side communication equipments 3001 -300n , an incoming call is executed in an incoming call control part 301 and a channel is established. When the channel is established, information stored in the information storing part 101 of the transmission side center device 100 is transmitted and information is stored in a reception information storing part 302. The user of the reception side communication equipments 3001 -300n can output information stored in the reception information storing part 302 to an information output part 303 as necessary in accordance with necessity and can grasp the contents.
