PURPOSE: To provide a TOFU-molding tub which can automate the TOFU (beam curd) production because the TOFU curd can be readily released from the inside surfaces of the molding tub to inhibit the TOFU from being collapsed. CONSTITUTION: This molding tub comprises a pressing lid 1, a side frame 2 and a bottom plate 3 and a number of fine through-holes 10, 20, 30 are bored by etching with an etching solution. The outside and inside surfaces of the side frame 2, the bottom plate 3 and the pressing lid 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the fine through-holes 10, 20, 30 are sprayed with a nylon resin layer 4 having a smooth surface and adhered by baking. Said resin layer 4 is about 0.15mm thick and the coated fine through-holes 10, 20, 30 have an inner diameter of about 0.4mm. |
