PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving heat transfer efficiency by improving a slit configuration of a heat exchange fin and an arrangement of the slit to maximize boundary layer tip end effect and turbulence mixing effect. SOLUTION: There are provided heat exchange fins 10 stacked at a predetermined interval, heat transfer tubes 20 perpendicularly penetrating the heat exchange fins 10, through the inside of which heat transfer tube a refrigerant flows, an inlet side 12a of the heat exchange fin formed by permitting many slits 11 to be cut up in opposite directions with respect to a fin reference face at a predetermined angle, the reference being defined an intermediate portion between the adjacent heat transfer tubes 20 as a reference, and an outlet side 12b formed at a larger angle than the inlet side 12a.
