<p>PURPOSE: To stably carry out the manufacturing operation of urea for a long period of time by condensing a mixed gas to readily circulate into a urea synthesizing region and making a centrifugal compressor to a specific construction. CONSTITUTION: Ammonia and unreacted ammonium carbamate contained in an urea synthesized solution from the urea synthesizing region are subjected to stripping with carbon dioxide to separate as a mixed gas of ammonium, carbon dioxide and water, this mixed gas is compressed by a centrifugal compressor having a structure including a driving motor and an active bearing in a casing without exposing a rotation shaft outside the casing, then the compressed mixed gas is condensed and circulated into the urea synthesizing region.</p> |
