PURPOSE: To facilitate the installation, the maintenance, the change of specifications, etc., and also to eliminate the disturbance to the register jobs for a cash-cash card conversion device by providing a card print device which includes a cash slot and a cash card slit formed on the outer surface of a housing, reads and erases the printed contents of an inserted cash card, and adds together the supplied cash to print the totalized amount of cash. CONSTITUTION: A coin slot 2 and a paper money slit 3 are formed on the front face of a housing 1 together with a cash card insertion/take-out port 4, a return switch 5 which is pushed for return of the received cash, a return port 6, and the operation switches 7 and 8. In addition, a totalizer totalizes the cash thrown into the housing 1, and a card printer reads and erases the printed contents of an inserted gold note and then prints the totalized amount of cash. In such a constitution, the installation, the maintenance, the change of specifications, etc., can be easily attained at low cost. Furthermore, this conversion device is placed outside a register and handled primarily by the customers themselves. Therefore, the register jobs are never disturbed by the conversion device. |
