<p>PURPOSE: To easily and visually discriminate forgeries made by copying multicolor printed notes, by printing a specified pattern by using a metallic ink having metallic glossiness to be reproduced as a different tone which can be discriminated also visually by copying with a color copier. CONSTITUTION: A color figure 2 of four colors is formed on the whole face of a paper. A character pattern 3 is made to be solid with black ink, a company name as a part thereof is made to be a specified pattern 4, and solid printing is performed with a silver ink and a gold ink. In a copied matter 10 (forgery) obtained by coping such a regular printed matter 1 (genuine matter) with a color copier, a tone of a specified pattern 14 looks different although tones of a color figure 12 and characters 13 look as if they are the same in comparison with the genuine matter. That is, in the genuine matter 1, the specified pattern 4 gleams with metallic glossiness. In the specified pattern 14 of the forgery 10 when coloring with a coloring material is short, the pattern is reproduced as brownish and grayish colors and the metallic glossiness is lost. Thus, a trueness or a falseness can be determined by only visual observation.</p> |
