PURPOSE: To suppress crosstalk from the input analog signal of a non-selected side to the output signal of a selected side, and to output the analog signal of high precision. CONSTITUTION: For instance, when the control signal of 'H' is inputted to a control terminal C in order to select the analog signal given to an input terminal A1, internal control signalsϕ1,ϕ2,ϕ3,ϕ4 are turned to 'H', and the internal control signalϕ1bar,ϕ2bar,ϕ3bar,ϕ4bar are turned to 'L'. Thus, transmission gates tg1, tg2 and a control transistor m2 are turned on, and the transmission gates tg3, tg4 and the control transistor m1 are turned off, and the analog signal of the input terminal A1 is outputted to an output terminal B. Owing to such the independent internal control signal, a leakage signal between circuit elements is reduced.
