NONWOVEN FABRIC FOR PILL RESISTANT AND DURABLE CLOTHING AND ITS PRODUCTION AND CLOTHING

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a nonwoven fabric for pill resistant and durable clothing, excellent in touch feeling and strength, further, free from interlaminar separation, hardly causing falling of fiber and excellent in durability to washing and wear and clothing using the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION: This nonwoven fabric has a laminate structure inserting fabric into space between webs obtained by dispersing ultra-fine fiber substantially comprising a short fiber having <=10μm fiber diameter in a single fiber state and comprising at least two layers and is obtained by three-dimensionally interlacing ultra-fine fibers constituting web on the laminate surface side with ultra- fine fiber which passes through the fabric and ultra-fine fiber of a web on the laminate back side and does not cause interlaminar separation and fine loops in which many ultra-fine fibers are interlaced exist on at least one face and the ends of plural ultra-fine fiber exist on the loop surface without overlapping the loops. A method for producing the nonwoven fabric is provided.
