PURPOSE: To newly provide a new clock module only by changing minimum number of parts. CONSTITUTION: An IC chip 2 and a circuit substrate 3 for mounting the IC chip 2 protrude from the outer periphery of a base plate 1 which is the base for clock configuration toward the outside and at the same time a protruding part 3a of the IC chip 2 is covered with a protection member B to receive shock without changing the size of the base plate 1. Since the IC chip 2 and the circuit substrate 3 protrude from the base plate l, they are in asymmetrical shape around a clock when they move. Therefore, only required parts are changed and only the minimum area increases while protecting the IC chip 2 and the circuit substrate 3, an existing base plate l and an existing armor case can be used. |
