PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the unintended fold or positioning failure of a sheet body as well as to input the sheet body to an accumulation part at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A buffering device 20 is arranged in correspondence with an end part of a sheet body S and it is furnished with a first buffering mechanism 26 free to move in the arrow A direction to absorb impulse in the case when the end part of this sheet body S makes contact with it and a second buffering mechanism 28 continuously provided on the first buffering mechanism 26 and to carry out impulse absorbing action of the sheet body S by means of moving in the arrow A direction even after the first buffering mechanism 26 is shifted to returning motion in the arrow B direction.
