<p>PURPOSE: To form a tough and smooth skin hard to peel on the cut surface of synthetic resin foam by forming the skin fixed to the cut surface of the foam by ejecting a synthetic resin to the cut surface of the foam. CONSTITUTION: When a powder of EVA is ejected to the EVA exposed cut surface of the side surface 1 of a shoes sole exclusive to a cuisine, ejected particles impinge against the cut surface of EVA in a molten state to be fixed to a thin EV film of closed cells 4 in an entangled state. Since the molten particles are successively ejected by a spray gun, the rough cut surface 2 is covered with an EVA spray layer in a moment so that the ground is covered with snow. When this, surface is heated only by a flame so as to be slightly burnt up in such a state that the supply of EV is stopped, the sprayed surface is melted to become a smooth surface 3. By forming a skin by spraying, a hardly contaminated gentle uneven skin can be obtained. Since the powder of EVA is used as the spray material, the skin becomes strong against water or oil, friction and the adhesion of mud.</p> |
