摘要 PURPOSE: To secure a high contact pressure ratio without using a filler even when a facing gap exceeding 1mm exists between fastening object materials to be butted against each other. CONSTITUTION: In a friction grip joint structure by high strength bolts where fastening object materials are butted against each other, and the fastening object materials 2 and 3 are sandwiched by doubling plates 5 from both sides of the fastening object materials 2 and 3, and the fastening object materials 2 and 3 are fastened by high strength bolts 1, the high strength bolts are arranged so that the axis of the high strength bolt closest to an end part of the fastening object material 3 among a high strength bolt row on the facing gap caused side among the fastening object materials 2 and 3 to be butted to each other is put in a position to satisfy the following expression. [ (5μt)/α]+ d<=e<=[65×(t/(σy)<1/2> )]+d is realized. Here, (e) represents an end gap of the high strength bolts, and (d) represents a shaft diameter of the high strength bolts, and (t) represents a thickness of the doubling plates, and ((σy) represents yield stress of a material of the doubling plates, and (μ) represents a slip factor, and (α) represents the effective cross-sectional area ratio of the doubling plates.
