As the paste food, the combination of mayonnaise whose oil content is 10-80% and a seasoning phase containing oil in 0-70%, water 0.2-6% and starch 0.2-0.6% is preferable. Also, it is better to use the mayonnaise and the seasoning phase in the ratio of 50% respectively. As the symmetrical package, glass wrapping or the like is preferable.
